Warranty
At The Linen Company, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase and applies only to products that have been bought at full price directly from The Linen Company.
This warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Any normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage and/or laundering.
- Fading of Fabric: Any fading of fabric after long-term exposure to sunlight or rough usage.
- Physical Damage: Any stains, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from physical abuse, negligence, or mishandling of the product by the customer.
- Environmental Damage: Any damage caused by animals, children, rodents, or any other unsafe environmental factors.
- Transportation Damage: Any damage caused during subsequent transportation of the product after the initial delivery was completed.
- Improper Installation: Any problem caused by improper installation, faulty assembly, or unauthorized modification of the product.
- Product Compression: Any decrease in product height or loftiness of the filling after regular long-term usage.
