Orders & Returns

How can I place an order?
You can place an order easily through our website. Simply browse your favourite items, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for a seamless shopping experience in the UAE.

How do I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status.

What is your return policy?
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale and promotion items are final sale unless faulty. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Full-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, on the same conditions as returns.
