REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns - Within 14 Days

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To Qualify:

Item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact

Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon item inspection and will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are available via bank transfer or store credit.

📦 Return shipping or pickup charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges – Within 30 Days
Full-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

All original packaging and price labels must be intact

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the order will be eligible for return or exchange under our policy.
A shipping confirmation with tracking and any applicable COD amount will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
Items bought during sales or promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
